I am visiting my son/daughter, how do I get a parking pass?
No Problem! We have parking passes available each morning in the main office. Have your student stop by and pick one up so it will be ready on your arrival. Make sure they get there quick, parking passes are available on a first-come-first-served basis!
What if my son/daughter needs to get out of their lease before the contract ends?
If your student needs to get out of their lease early, they are responsible for finding a buyer and "assigning" their contract to that buyer. Please review the Lease Assignment document located under the Lease Documents tab on this page, and contact the office – we can help advertise that the room is available and may have other suggestions for you.
Can we pay rent online?
We are not accepting on-line payments at this time. You can mail a check directly to the office (be sure to include your student's name and apartment # on the payment), or if your bank provides an on-line bill pay service, you can schedule monthly rent payments for the contract term.
