Move-In Instructions
We encourage you to check-in at the office between 12:00 Noon to 5:00 pm on your contract start date, Monday through Friday. In some situations we may be able to accomodate requests for check-in after the office has closed, but no later than 8:00pm.
Our office is also open Saturdays from 9:00am to 1:00pm. If this is not possible, an Assistant Manager on duty will be able to assist you up until 8:00pm. Please plan your check-in time around these hours. Check-in's are not allowed between the hours of 8:00 pm to 8:00 am.
In order to expedite your check-in and avoid delays or late fees, please submit your PAYMENT by contract start date. ALL RESIDENTS MUST BE CURRENT ON ALL PAYMENTS BEFORE THEY ARE ALLOWED TO CHECK-IN.
Furnishings for your apartment include:
• Living Room: sofa, chair, coffee table, end table, table lamp and floor lamp
• Dining Room: table, 4 chairs (2 bedroom apartments have a bar and 4 bar stools)
• Bedroom: full-size bed, desk, chair, night stand, vinyl mattress cover
Utilities
ELECTRICITY AND GAS ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AND MUST BE SET UP PRIOR TO MOVE-IN.

What's Included
Our spacious floor plans include large bedrooms with walk-in closets, and separate bath and vanity areas. Our living rooms are designed to provide ample space for entertaining and our kitchens offer great cabinet and counter space!
All of our units are fully furnished with a sofa, chair, coffee table, end table, table lamp, floor lamp in the living room and a dining table with chairs in the dining room. Our two bedroom unit has a breakfast bar with barstools in place of the dining table. In addition, each bedroom is furnished with a full-size bed, nightstand, and desk/dresser unit and chair.
