Move-In Instructions
We encourage you to check-in at the office between 12:00 Noon to 5:00 pm on your contract start date, Monday through Friday. In some situations we may be able to accomodate requests for check-in after the office has closed, but no later than 8:00pm.
Our office is also open Saturdays from 9:00am to 1:00pm. If this is not possible, an Assistant Manager on duty will be able to assist you up until 8:00pm. Please plan your check-in time around these hours. Check-in's are not allowed between the hours of 8:00 pm to 8:00 am.
In order to expedite your check-in and avoid delays or late fees, please submit your PAYMENT by contract start date. ALL RESIDENTS MUST BE CURRENT ON ALL PAYMENTS BEFORE THEY ARE ALLOWED TO CHECK-IN.
Furnishings for your apartment include:
• Living Room: sofa, chair, coffee table, end table, table lamp and floor lamp
• Dining Room: table, 4 chairs (2 bedroom apartments have a bar and 4 bar stools)
• Bedroom: full-size bed, desk, chair, night stand, vinyl mattress cover
Utilities
ELECTRICITY AND GAS ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AND MUST BE SET UP PRIOR TO MOVE-IN.
