Are there any specific requirements for applying?
We realize most college students are renting for the first time and have very limited credit histories, which is why we require co-signors on our leases. Please contact the office directly if you have additional questions about the application process!
Do you offer month-to-month or semester rental contracts?
We do not offer monthly or semester leases, but we do provide an option to assign your lease to someone else if you need to leave early. Here's some information on that process. [Click Here]
Do you have a roommate matching process?
Yes, if you need roommates, please mark that on your application. If you apply online, you will be directed to fill out a roommate questionnaire form upon submission. We will use this to help match you with your potential roommate(s).
Are there Washers & Dryers in the units?
No, but we have 5 laundromats around the complex for you to use. (Takes Quarters)
Do you allow pets?
Sorry, Bulldog Village only allows service animals with written confirmation. All other animals and exotic pets are not allowed.
What utilities are included?
Basic Cable, High Speed Internet, Water, Sewer, Garbage. All you need to pay is Gas & Electric!
